This is a chart of the Mayflower Compact establishing Plymouth, Massachusetts...it is not an incorporation chart, the data of which I am still seeking.
Pilgrim 1 Nuclear Power Station located in Plymouth , Massachusetts is the second most dangerous nuclear facility in the United States ...according to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission.
December 21, 2010 a Lunar Eclipse @ 29* Gemini 21' opposed natal Mercury, which rules cables.
January 4, 2011 a Solar Eclipse @ 13* Capricorn 39' formed a square to natal Mars, which rules accidents and a square to natal Neptune, ruler of gas, oil, oceans. The eclipse point will be activated on April 7, 2011 when transiting Saturn forms a square while in retrograde motion. There may be time to forestall an accident before Saturn (degradation) reaches Mars in Libra in June 2011 or once again when it activates the eclipse point in August 2011.
March 19, 2011 a SuperMoon @ 28* Virgo 48' forms a T-Square with the Sun @ 28* Pisces 48' to natal Mercury @ 28* Sagittarius 00', with Mercury at the Apex of the planetary formation. Stress on the cables.
Presently, transiting Uranus is inconjunct natal Venus (arbitration), trine natal Uranus (sudden events), and in April approaches a square to natal Saturn (structure).
On March 9, 2011 there were legal proceedings of the USA Nuclear Regulatory Commission, Atomic Safety and Licensing Board Panel, regarding Pilgrim Nuclear Power Station, which see here:

Mrs. Lambert, on behalf of Intervenor Pilgrim Watch @ pg 17:
What I am here for is to assure that safety measures are required and put in place. And what they have now for the Aging Management Program is not sufficient.
@ pg 18:
And then also I will point out that in April of 2010, which came out in an inspection report this past summer, it indicated, they looked down, the NRC looked down three manholes. They all had water and they admitted that two always had water.
Ms. Chin, on behalf of Intervenor, Town of Duxbury @ pg 233:
Entergy either replaces all submerged electrical cables, splices, and connectors not designed or qualified for submerged or moist environments or develops a comprehensive Aging Management Program to preclude moisture and adequately tests all cables that have been exposed to an
environment for which it was not designed.
