MR. PUPPY SEZ - #2

I'm an indoor/outdoor kind of kitty, coming and going as I please through my pussycat door into the great outdoors.  Those of us who get to enjoy this treat know of the downside in that insects will sometimes attack and sting us.  A simple remedy is to have your keeper moisten a bag of green tea and use it as a poultice to ease the sting.  Another excellent use of the green tea bag is to stop bleeding from cuts and scratches.  Since we are on the subject of tea bags, try Chamomile tea to help ease a belly ache...say a quarter cup every few hours...so much fun for the tea-maker, lol.

FOR OUR HOOMIN COMPANIONS

As the first sign of the zodiac, Aries rules the head and face, the upper jaw, and the cerebrum, or upper hemisphere of the brain.  The biochemic tissue (cell) salt for Aries is Potassium phosphate (Kali phos.), the salt that creates the grey matter of the brain by uniting with albumen and oxygen, which creates nerve fluid.  If the body is deficient in Kali phos. the brain is unable to function because there is no grey matter with which to function unless this tissue salt is there to create it.

A deficiency of this tissue salt will produce all types of mental disorders, various nervous troubles, depression, skin troubles,  insomnia, irritability and headaches.  It has been suspected by a few in the medical profession that a shortage of potassium was the main cause of cancer.

My hoomin keeps all twelve tissue salts on hand for use in various situations, as they are a homeopathic remedy and can be obtained in a health store or via the net.  This is the brand she uses:

You can also obtain potasssium in vegetables such as acorn and butternut squash, artichokes, asparagus, beets, broccoli, Brussels sprouts, carrots, corn, eggplant, spinach, kale, mushrooms, peppers, baked potato, pumpkin radishes, tomato, yams and zucchini...in fruits such as apricots, avocado, bananas, cherries, cantaloupe, coconut, dried fruits, honeydew, kiwi, nectarine, citrus fruits, papaya, peaches, pear, plums, pineapple, prunes, raisins, strawberries and watermelon.  One of the best means of obtaining a good supply of potassium in the diet is by ingesting organic crude black molasses.
