ITALY - 1946 HOROSCOPE

Transiting retrograde Jupiter, ruler of Italy's 2nd house of wealth, opposes natal Moon in the signs that rule money in a natural chart: Taurus and Scorpio...Saturn has been in square to natal Venus and now approaches the square to its own natal position...transiting retrograde Uranus squares natal Mercury in the 8th house of debt...transiting Pluto in the 2nd house of wealth applies to a square of natal Neptune...as if all this is not unfortunate enough, transiting retrograde Neptune is and has been opposing the natal Midheaven.

The sands are shifting to the end that Italy will not be able to continue in the preferred direction of their choice...the foundations are crumbling as a direct result of socialism, a Uranus-Aquarius-Neptune-Pluto archetype.

On November 24, 2011, in its transit of the 2nd house, Mercury @ 20* Sagittarius 07' will shift to retrograde motion as it conjoins the South Node of the Moon.  Normally a retrograde Mercury in the 2nd house would enable the entity in question to review their value system so as to revamp it into something workable.  Conjoined the South Node, however, Mercury retrograde may create intellectual blockage so that the country is rendered impotent.

Globally, all countries are involved.  USA banks have approximately $50 billion invested in Italy; the largest USA financial houses have billions of dollars in credit risks in the five most endangered nations:  Greece, Portugal, Ireland, Italy and Spain.  How do the banks in your country rate?  Ask yourselves if your money is in a safe haven...but first, define safe haven...you may discover that it isn't paper currency.

Mercury moves once again into direct motion on December 14, 2011 and will reach the point of its retrograde station on January 1, 2012.

OCCUPY MOVEMENT AND SCOTT OLSON

On October 25, 2011, former marine and war veteran Scott Olson was brutally attacked with malice aforethought by an Oakland, California policeman/sociopathic thug while he was engaged in a peaceful protest on behalf of the Occupy Movement and in accordance with his Constitutional rights.

In the horoscope for the Occupy Movement, Saturn is posited in the 12th house, where it is given the power to prevail over enemies and oppress them (the Syndicate, Cabal, Illuminati, however you wish to describe them) and all those who support evil).  It is a position that has the ability to expose the secret enemies of a country (Saturn ruling 4th house Capricorn) and no longer allows them to practice deceit and deception behind the scenes.

Saturn, along with Mars, rules police.  The 12th house position indicates they represent secret enemies of the people...it also indicates that hidden vices will be their self-undoing as their actions suggest a purpose meant to deny Americans their right of free assembly.

Their first act of self-undoing came on October 25th, when Scott Olson was targeted by one of the Syndicate's minions in his capacity as police/sociopath/thug, who chose to dishonor himself and all police who behave in the same barbaric manner, to betray his oath to protect and defend the Constitution in his capacity of serving the corrupt Establishment that wishes to enslave us all.  On the day noted above, transiting Saturn crossed the Ascendant of the chart into the 1st house (apparently the time I selected for the chart is accurate)...and the light of exposure revealed the truth. 

"He was standing perfectly still, provoking no one," said Raleigh Latham, an Oakland filmmaker shooting footage of the confrontation between police and hundreds of protesters.."  Taken to the hospital and listed in critical condition, Scott's condition is now listed as fair.  Please keep him in your prayers.

The above poem was written about a traitor to his country...it is rather fitting for November 5, 2011 for the United States of America, as those who have betrayed our country, our Constitution, and our people now exercise power in Washington, D.C.

USA TRANSITS TO MID-NOVEMBER, 2011 are dangerous.  Retrograde Neptune @ 28* Aquarius has been conjoined natal Moon, representing the people, conjunct within 3 degrees since July 29, 2011.  Aquarius represents special interest groups and Neptune the deceptive forces that have been working against the people...such as the media (Moon/Neptune in 3rd house), who are and have been reporting falsehoods.

On November 4th and 5th, transiting Mars in the USA 9th house will oppose the Moon/Neptune combination.  An opposition causes a separation - in this instance, between spiritual warriors (Mars in Leo in 9th) and those who have deluded themselves as to the nature of spirituality (retrograde Neptune).  With Neptune conjunct the USA natal Moon, people are compelled to now question the direction their lives have taken.  Astrologer Lynn Koiner has this to say about retrograde Neptune:

"When Neptune turns retrograde, our feelings are more astute at picking up and perceiving the illusive. It is easier to ascertain information about issues that have eluded us while Neptune was direct. Delphine Jay feels that it is essential that we do something about the problems that we pick up on while Neptune is retrograde because they can worsen when Neptune goes direct."

As to how the character of Neptune is described in the sign Aquarius, astrologer Ian Thurnwald states:

On the 5th of November we shall experience a separation of

those truly spiritual beings - those who are willing to endure sacrifice - from those who have yet to understand that spirituality is not only about the soul and about the spirit...it is sometimes those things that are all around us.

The focus of this New Moon is debt, taxes, entitlements and welfare as a stellium of planets falls into the 8th house, the Sun/Moon, Mercury and Venus, all in the sign Scorpio.

The lunation itself applies to and opposes retrograde Jupiter in Taurus in the 2nd house of the nation's wealth...this describes a time of financial waste and extravagance advanced by those with warped abilities.

The Part of Fortune falls exactly on the Ascendant:  a moral lesson is about to be taught from an episode of history...hard ordeals to go through...religious principles will not prevent being overcome and carried away by passion from time to time.

Mars in Leo in the 6th house square Mercury gives energy to encounters with police, who are forcing peaceful demonstrators out of public parks (Atlanta, GA).  Even State Senator Vincent Fort, who had come to the park to support the protestors, was arrested.  He noted that police presence was "overkill."  Perhaps when the police lose their jobs due to financial manipulation by the Syndicate and have no way to pay their mortgages and feed their children, they too will support the protestors.  That may happen sooner rather than later, as Mars in the 6th sector of police square Venus brings forth issues of unemployment.  Only when they can walk in another man's shoes will the police see a situation from their own perspective.

MARS @ 29* CANCER 03'...Mars, planet of aggression, gives the basic direction of the Occupy Movement.  In Cancer Mars is roused to action when something pulls at the heart as motivation and passion rule the emotions.  There is an urge to become engaged in activities that allow the expression of intense waves of feeling.  Their strength lies in tenaciousness.  Mars on the last degree of a sign represents a crisis of action.

The 30th degree of Cancer is descriptive of uncovering facts that change one's worldview.

PART OF FORTUNE @ 17* GEMINI 41'.  Pars Fortuna gives the necessary emphasis on the life of the Movement.  In Gemini, the emphasis is on reaching out and communicating.

NOTE #1:  Pluto is a dual planet, representing both spiritual endeavor and materialism...both the highest type of spiritual effort and the destructive quality of gangsterism...and both these energies are present, just as there can be no light without darkness.  What we have here is the battle between good and evil.  As Pluto is in Capricorn, the outcome will be revealed by the sign Cancer at the 5th degree, which is interpreted by astrologer Adriano Carelli thusly:  "Confronted with the unfairness and double-dealing of the world, the native's sense of justice will champ at the bit and rise in arms; he will call aloud for justice, will demand to have things straightened and facts revealed at any cost."

NOTE #2:  Jupiter is retrograde, a difficult time to increase power or popularity.  It promises much and often delivers disappointment.  The question is, does Jupiter represent the Occupy Movement or the Syndicate of Evil?  Only an accurate birthtime can determine same and I have used an arbitrary time of birth.  However, the chances are strong that the demonstrations began between 7 a.m. and 9 a.m., meaning Jupiter would be on the western side of the chart, representing the Syndicate.

MARS is posited in the sign GEMINI in the 7TH HOUSE of others.  Upon the Intellectual Plane, Mars represents the spirit of enterprise, energy, and courage.  The 7th is an angular house and therefore powerful, lending the talents of the United States to be mechanical in the highest degree and to possess an unconquerable, untiring, energy, and potent will.

Upon the Intellectual Plane, Gemini signifies the union of reason with intuition and those people and countries dominated by its influx express the highest mental state of embodied humanity.  No country on the earth has produced a document (Mercury, Gemini's ruler) of liberty and freedom such as the United States of America has done with the brilliant Declaration of Independence, Constitution and Bill of Rights. 

The Declaration of Independence, the U.S. Constitution and Bill of Rights were based on fundamental beliefs of Ancient Masonry...not on Christianity, as so many proclaim.  Thirteen of the fourteen signatories to the Constitution were members of the fraternity of Masons, whose principles include: Faith must be the center of our lives...all men and women are the children of God...no one has the right to tell another person what he or she must think or believe...each person has a responsibility to be a good citizen, obeying the law...it is important to work to make the world a better place for all...honor and integrity are keys to a meaningful life.

Well, not only has the USA ignored that warning with regard to Europe, it has done so with the rest of the globe, also.  To neutralize the negative energies of the Mars/Neptune square the country and its people must develop a plan and control events in order to determine the positive effects to be achieved.  This cannot be done with war-mongers in power, whose fortunes are being built with forever wars, whose backers are those known as the 1%.

MOON in 11th house TRINE natal URANUS in 6th house:  Possibilities of an invention that could take the working class out of their daily routine; and/or a new discovery in genetics to improve health of the citizenry.

SUN in 3rd house SQUARE natal URANUS in 2012-2013.  Sounds of war can be heard as those in power (SUN) are now subject to ill-considered moves. Uranus is a key trigger to war...it symbolizes fanatics, terrorists, and revolutionaries, all of whom are happily ensconced in the USA, in part due to our open borders, brought to the people by the congress and house members, few - if any - representing those who put them in office.  And in large part by those same Beltway (D.C.) useless men and women who have betrayed their country, continuously undermining the freedoms with which this country was blessed...add the Supremes into the mix, as they are equally as guilty.

MERCURY retrograde in 2nd house TRINE natal MARS in 7th house.  Excellent energy for budget cutting and weeding out waste, such as banks (2nd house) that should have been allowed to go under instead of being bailed out...including the foreign (7th house) banks... at taxpayers' expense...and to their detriment. 

VENUS in 4th house SEXTILE natal MARS in 7th house.  The political party out of power is being given an opportunity to move ahead.  As both parties are corrupt it is essential that the matter be addressed and a new, uncontaminated party be brought into being.

VENUS in 4th house INCONJUNCT natal NEPTUNE in 9th house.  This contact connects the Mars/Neptune natal square and can bring war in its wake with the possibility of aggression taking place at home base.  Neptune sabotages through ambivalence (opposing, conflicting feelings and attitudes), so it could be a type of civil war waged between races and/or religions...or it could be some sort of foreign invasion, with people spilling over our borders (Neptune co-rules the 3rd house of neighboring countries). 

SATURN retrograde in Scorpio in the 11th house TRINE natal VENUS in 7th house.  The good old boys in congress/house bestow great financial benefit to war industries and financial aid to USA allies (we don't have any, folks...the parasites have bled us dry).  Did you know that congress and house members make up 1% of the wealthiest, along with their Wall Street cronies and banking buddies?  Oh, yes...Saturn, planet of Greed in the house of the legislative branches, otherwise known as blood-sucking vampires.  Saturn in Scorpio, known for its ruthlessness in the pursuit of goals...and other people's money.

MARS retrograde in Libra, in the 10th house.  A retrograde Mars in the 10th house gives rise to irrational action by the executive branch.  In Libra, Mars is in its detriment, thus, at a disadvantage...it means there is some weakness or incapacity to act regarding war, battlefields, and aggression which will last into 2086.  The USA needs to learn to make love, not war.  The people need to apply the principles of the Mars achetype as it retrogrades.

Astrologer Bill Herbst has described a retrograde Mars as bringing us "another chance to learn about the Martian archetype in our psyches.  Desire, assertion, anger, and all our aggressive impulses move into a phase of inward review for the purpose of psychological cleansing."

MARS, planetary ruler of Aries and Scorpio, symbolizes activity and the capacity to assert oneself based upon personal desire.  Mars represents the Warrior within who possesses the energy, drive and ambition to accomplish that which we desire.  It represents the place in one's life where we move the hardest to get things done.

MARS:  12* SCORPIO 46' (13th degree) IN THE 11TH HOUSE.

Scorpio is a secretive sign, known for its creative ability, here associated with the house of aspirations...or rather, a particular kind of aspiration.  The 11th house is a highly self-expressive house where the expression occurs in a social context where one's identity is integrated with, and expressed as part of, a group identity.  This house signifies one's relationship to a corporation of which one is a member, such as the U.S. House of Representatives.

Transiting retrograde Uranus is opposing natal Venus (currency) in the 3rd house.  The printing presses (3rd) are rolling out the Deutsche Marks in preparation of the Euro bailout game coming to an end.  This aspect is about the intrinsic conflict that exists between freedom, currency and the likelihood of Germany's social situation that is about to undergo a radical change.  Stability in their relationship with the European Union will be difficult to maintain.  Watch early February 2012 for Germany to make its move in this regard.  Possibility:  Death of the Euro.

Jupiter transiting the 10th house square 1st house natal Jupiter is testing the country's philosophy with their understanding of the world and making necessary readjustments in thinking in order to expand that understanding, with a clash between government and the people as catalyst.

Pluto conjoined natal 6th house Uranus is indicative of the desire to break away from existing circumstances deemed to be holding the country back, especially the working class.  The energies peak in mid-November and should tell the tale.

The Full Moon in Aries is in the 11th house of the chart drawn for Washington, D.C.  Mars is the ruler of the Moon sign position, located in 3rd house Leo, trine to the Moon, sextile the 5th house Sun/Saturn conjunction and square 11th house retrograde Jupiter.  It is key to this Full Moon, where both constructive and destructive energies are to be aggressively directed to all 3rd house avenues:  all forms of transportation, bridges, communications, postal service, education, media, literature.  The 3rd house represents all methods of transportation, ruling roads and railways...telephones, schools, newspapers, internet, rumors, and freedom of speech.  Mars is separating from the square to Jupiter so look for problems in these areas prior to the Full Moon.

Fifth house Venus, co-ruling the Wall Street Casino, is inconjunct Uranus, leading to impulsive and excitable activity...if you are invested or trade the market, beware those who seek to capitalize on your weaknesses...especially with the Venus/Jupiter opposition, as gluttonly rules the marketplace.

Eleventh house Jupiter trine Pluto will have the politicians on a tear to reform policies...to the benefit of foreign-based corporations.

Tenth house retrograde Uranus square Pluto...the weak spots are showing in our national image...glaringly so.
