The New Moon is intercepted in Gemini and falls into the 10th house, ruling government/head of state, involving reputation:  honor and dishonor.  Activity of the Moon in Gemini has to do with a document, errors, changes, communication and information.  The interception suggests 'not open to the public.'  The lunation conjoins Fixed Star Betelgeuse:  he who was given preferred treatment may taste final ruin via treachery.

Chart ruler Mercury in Cancer in the 11th house of circumstantial developments and large-scaled events is squared by retrograde Saturn in Libra, 2nd house.  Expect a smell to arise from congress, corporations and international gatherings as they attack the people's right of expression in efforts to isolate and squelch communication.  Mars in the 1st house sextile Mercury alleviates negative authoritarian activity against the citizens as it graces those who are aware with minds sharper and more alert than usual...solutions come more easily as opportunities are provided for planning and making decisions.  Make hay while the sun shines, lassies and laddies.
