Scorpio Rises, co-ruler Pluto in Capricorn, the sign ruling
government, highly afflicted.
A Full Moon in Capricorn, the Moon separating from a
conjunction to Pluto in the 3rd house. A
heads up for the stock market to get hit prior to Full.
A Capricorn Lunation may bring the culmination of a
long-standing issue. Capricorn vibrates
to authority, its ruler Saturn posited in the 12th house suggests those in
authority are immersed in sabotage. At
22* Libra 49' Saturn is functioning from the 3rd decanate of the sign of
partnership and open enemies next to the sign of death, carrying with it a
peculiar fatality. Pictured in the sky
by the constellation Lupus - the Wolf, it indicates that any misuse of talents
to enslave their fellowman will be dealt with harshly, as befits those who
transgress either the laws of man or those of God.
This chart reflects a complicated planetary pattern that is
disturbing to me. A Cardinal T-Square
with Pluto in Capricorn in the 3rd house is at the Apex. The two planets it squares are Mars in Libra
in the 11th house opposing Uranus in Aries in the 6th house, with Jupiter
conjoined Venus in Gemini in the 8th house acting as reconciler of the
opposition...meaning that all that ferocious energy churned up by Pluto, Mars
and Uranus are "spent" by Venus and Jupiter in the 8th house arena.
VENUS represents joining forces; her activity involves money
and possessions.
JUPITER represents rituals, formalities, foreign affairs.
GEMINI represents information and its distribution,
communication, messages, news, documents, transportation, traffic, neighbors;
activity involving visitors.
THE 8TH HOUSE indicates public monies, the national debt,
the banking industry, taxes...and danger, injury, death, and destruction, often
on a large scale. Strong 8th house
symbolism signals that something has outgrown its usefulness, therefore, will
be removed.
Astrologer Robert Hand in his book "Horoscope
Symbols" states:
"At the external level the 8th house symbolizes our
experience of all outer-world events and circumstances that bring or represent
transformation: the death of others, and
situations involving breakdown, decay, and rebirth. It also symbolizes circumstances that force
us to become detached from our attachments or to deal with the attachments of
others. It is this aspect of the 8th
that causes it to mean other people's money."
Further complicating the matter: Mercury sextiles Venus/Jupiter, all three
planets inconunct Pluto/Moon, creating a Yod, also known as the Finger of
God. Apex Moon suggests potential
emotional maladjustments seldom evident on the surface. Apex Pluto is maladjustment to the max
wherein attitudes in need of correction run deep. Pluto when afflicted is equivalent to the
Illuminati - otherwise known as the Globalists - those who are noted for their
anti-social behavioral patterns who labor to birth a new world order.
MERCURY in Leo in the 10th house (the executive branch and
head of state) also reconciles the T-Square.
Mercury brings documents, decisions, coming-and-going...a witness or
informer or an agent or go-between.
Possibly someone who serves in the secretarial division of the
Government.
LEO has to do with taking chances in some way.
Although angular, Mercury in Leo in the 10th house carries
less weight than the Venus/Jupiter combo.
So while it may be reported that a whistle-blower-type reveals something
heretofore unknown by the public, the 8th house energies should warn us to be
alert as to serious danger. From whence

the planet Uranus is at 8* Gemini 55' in the 6th house of police and
military, being triggered by transiting Venus at the Full Moon. They will be coming for our

The market activity is a facade..Venus turned direct in motion today conjoined the USA Uranus so expect financial surprises..meanwhile, Mars, ruler of the USA 5th house (stock mkt) is inconjunct natal Moon..wool being pulled over the eyes of the public. Be patient, stay safe.
I guess the only financial surprise left is their ability to continue with the extend and pretend that all is fine. LOL

when I read that (when you first posted it) I thought about O going on the offensive against the SC a couple of months ago..today's ruling makes me think Roberts caved..also the new woman SC judge was involved in the h/c bill and their rules say therefore no voting which was disregarded
