Aquarius Rises, co-ruler Saturn retrograde in Libra in the
8th house of debt, co-ruler Uranus in Aries in the 2nd house of the nation's
financial state. The New Moon is in Taurus, sign of wealth, treasuries, banking,
money...in the 2nd house, on the 2nd degree.
This is a degree of impotence, a degree meaning any vital force that
does not find a proper outlet will cease to flow. The New Moon partakes of an Earth Grand
Trine, with Mars in Virgo and Pluto in Capricorn. Trines describe patterns of luck, right? Easy come, easy go? On the other hand - there is always an other
hand - a subtle drawback with this pattern is a failure to develop and exercise
the psychological muscles required to meet and effectively resolve major life
crises head-on. An Earth Grand Trine
seeks to preserve the status quo of existing conditions, both element and
aspect not responding well to drastic, critical changes in affairs.
Looking at the positive side of this pattern, there is an
abundance of opportunities to attract, accumulate, and skillfully mange
resources coupled with a remarkable endurance and persistence that encourages
the ability to work long and hard towards valued accomplishment.
As the New Moon is disposited by 4th house Venus in Gemini,
as is Jupiter in Taurus, ruler of the 10th house (head of state) and taking
into consideration past activities of the country's leader, it is more likely
that playfulness (Venus in Gemini) will be the manner in which these energies
are to be expended.

Matt Taibbi at rollingstone.com detailed the behind the scenes of the JOBS Act that was just signed into law. Glen Beck has a video describing the background on the Keystone Pipeline involving Buffett and Soros along w/Gov.
Somewhere it was suggested that the Secret Service guards incident is really about something else but I am not at all clear on the else part. Sounds like more drama coming.
