Scorpio Rises, co-ruler Pluto in Capricorn, the sign ruling government, highly afflicted.

A Full Moon in Capricorn, the Moon separating from a conjunction to Pluto in the 3rd house.  A heads up for the stock market to get hit prior to Full.

A Capricorn Lunation may bring the culmination of a long-standing issue.  Capricorn vibrates to authority, its ruler Saturn posited in the 12th house suggests those in authority are immersed in sabotage.  At 22* Libra 49' Saturn is functioning from the 3rd decanate of the sign of partnership and open enemies next to the sign of death, carrying with it a peculiar fatality.  Pictured in the sky by the constellation Lupus - the Wolf, it indicates that any misuse of talents to enslave their fellowman will be dealt with harshly, as befits those who transgress either the laws of man or those of God. 

This chart reflects a complicated planetary pattern that is disturbing to me.  A Cardinal T-Square with Pluto in Capricorn in the 3rd house is at the Apex.  The two planets it squares are Mars in Libra in the 11th house opposing Uranus in Aries in the 6th house, with Jupiter conjoined Venus in Gemini in the 8th house acting as reconciler of the opposition...meaning that all that ferocious energy churned up by Pluto, Mars and Uranus are "spent" by Venus and Jupiter in the 8th house arena.

VENUS represents joining forces; her activity involves money and possessions.

JUPITER represents rituals, formalities, foreign affairs.

GEMINI represents information and its distribution, communication, messages, news, documents, transportation, traffic, neighbors; activity involving visitors.

THE 8TH HOUSE indicates public monies, the national debt, the banking industry, taxes...and danger, injury, death, and destruction, often on a large scale.  Strong 8th house symbolism signals that something has outgrown its usefulness, therefore, will be removed.

Astrologer Robert Hand in his book "Horoscope Symbols" states:

"At the external level the 8th house symbolizes our experience of all outer-world events and circumstances that bring or represent transformation:  the death of others, and situations involving breakdown, decay, and rebirth.  It also symbolizes circumstances that force us to become detached from our attachments or to deal with the attachments of others.  It is this aspect of the 8th that causes it to mean other people's money."

Further complicating the matter:  Mercury sextiles Venus/Jupiter, all three planets inconunct Pluto/Moon, creating a Yod, also known as the Finger of God.  Apex Moon suggests potential emotional maladjustments seldom evident on the surface.  Apex Pluto is maladjustment to the max wherein attitudes in need of correction run deep.  Pluto when afflicted is equivalent to the Illuminati - otherwise known as the Globalists - those who are noted for their anti-social behavioral patterns who labor to birth a new world order.

MERCURY in Leo in the 10th house (the executive branch and head of state) also reconciles the T-Square.  Mercury brings documents, decisions, coming-and-going...a witness or informer or an agent or go-between.  Possibly someone who serves in the secretarial division of the Government.

LEO has to do with taking chances in some way.

Although angular, Mercury in Leo in the 10th house carries less weight than the Venus/Jupiter combo.  So while it may be reported that a whistle-blower-type reveals something heretofore unknown by the public, the 8th house energies should warn us to be alert as to serious danger.  From whence does it come?  In the USA horoscope the planet Uranus is at 8* Gemini 55' in the 6th house of police and military, being triggered by transiting Venus at the Full Moon.  They will be coming for our guns, one of the Uranus-type weapons, ignoring the Constitution that states:  "The Second Amendment to the United States Constitution protects the right of the individual to keep and bear firearms."   http://constitution.laws.com/2nd-amendment

SUMMER SOLSTICE 2012 - USA

The figure for the Vernal (Spring) Equinox always bears chief rule for the ensuing astrological year (March to March) and while the succeeding ingresses into the other cardinal points also have a pre-signification, they are subsidiary to the first-named.  Focus of the Vernal Equinox in effect until March of 2013:  weather, water, earth and population upheaval.

The following interpretation is for the chart cast for Washington, D.C., of the Summer Solstice depicting situations to be faced by the population of the USA during the course of the next three months.  DATA:  June 20, 2012 @ 7:10 p.m. - Washington, D.C.

A majority of planets are on the west side of the chart meaning that until the Autumn Equinox in September, Americans will be in the position of having to deal with situations not of their own making and not within their personal control.  In a ballgame, we stand as the batter in the box...three strikes and we're out.  Hit that ball, Willie Mays!

The most difficult and immediate predicament is an angular Cardinal T-Square formed by the star of this show, the Sun in Cancer in the 7th house opposition Pluto in Capricorn, both of them square to 4th house Apex Uranus in Aries.  Weather is going to be outrageous beyond what we have already been experiencing.  Stresses at our very earth-centered foundations will be shaken that will be mirrored in social, economic, financial and political upheaval over the course of summer to test and challenge us as both a people and as a nation.

What each person needs to address is the assessment of how they are situated with regard to protection/survival in each of the areas mentioned.  Social upheaval means if you are living in a state where personal survival is not respected via weapon ownership, with a state government that has betrayed its people and its country by not adhering to the Constitution and Bill of Rights, you might want to consider relocating asap.  Economic upheaval has already greatly damaged the country; investigate whether you can create a method to earn a living based upon your talents: wood-working, small appliance repair, seamstress, care-giving, etc.  Financial upheaval is or will be hitting us all; consider starting a barter system in your locality; stock items with which to barter.  Political upheaval will be rampant as those not holding the reigns of power are or will be storming the bastille.

The Sun occupies the 7th house.  Matters concerning war, open and secret enemies will bear watching.  Leo is on the 9th house cusp, ruled by the Sun and 9th house matters (courts) will also be to the fore.  As the Sun represents the head of state and is caught up in the Cardinal T-Square that resolves itself in the 10th house, the president and the Supreme Court will have "issues," lol.  Can you say "power grab?"

With the sign Sagittarius Rising and ruler Jupiter positioned in Gemini in the 6th house conjoined a retrograde Venus, health issues and health adjuncts will be spotlighted.  The dual conjunction of the benefics (Venus and Jupiter) receives assistance with a sextile from Uranus in Aries...we can look forward to new technological advances in medicine.  As the 6th house rules medicinal herbs their use will become more prevalent as more and more allopathic doctors become horrified by the results of the toxic "medicine" they prescribe.  The downside will be 3rd house retrograde Neptune in Pisces square the duo, suggesting serious health issues emanating from toxic vaccinations, prescription drugs, habit-forming drugs, dangers from those who are addicted to drugs, and threats from chemicals, chemical laboratories and biochemical agents.

As I have had serious intuitive nudges to increase my personal water storage over the past few weeks, the possibility is great that our reservoirs could be compromised this summer.

The 3rd house has Aquarius on the cusp with Pisces intercepted, therefore the rulers are Saturn, Uranus, Jupiter and Neptune.  Jupiter, Neptune and Uranus negatives as explained above combined with 10th house retrograde Saturn square 8th house Mercury may result in serious communications breakdown.  With Mercury in water sign Cancer, bridges are in danger of being washed away by flooding...this latter appears to be a repeat warning seen in previous astro essays.  If you require ingress and egress to your residence or bugout facility that is dependent upon a bridge, common sense decrees that solutions need to be addressed without delay.

 As Neptune is square the Moon's Nodes and on the East side of the chart, serious coastal damage can be expected along the east coast.  For those living close to the shore...take heed.  Secure valuable papers and have a bug-out bag at the ready...especially those who reside in the northeast.

The exact square of Uranus/Pluto for the USA has Pluto, planet ruling debt and the economy, falling into the 8th house also ruling debt...and ruling the Federal Reserve, banking, BIG money...and financial affairs with the nation's 7th house allies.  As written in the Book of Daniel:  "The handwriting is on the wall." 

The time has come for a last minute check on your preps:  cash on hand (not in a bank)...survival food storage...water storage...medicine to get you beyond the crisis and antibiotics to stockpile, such as Cephalexin, Ciprofloxacin, Metronidazole (see your physician) if you rely on allopathic medicine.

For those twice blessed (attuned to nature) antibiotic herbs such as Echinacea, Goldenseal, Raw Garlic, Olive Leaf Extract and Essential Oils: Oregano, Tea Tree, Eucalyptus, Clove,  Lavender, Thyme, Cinnamon bark and the combination Thieves.

Other Essential Oils you may want to consider are:

A retrograde Neptune in Pisces squaring the Moon's Nodes straddles the 7th house cusp on its descent into the 6th house, opposing the Ascendant and square 10th house Jupiter.  If ever there was a warning flag signaling danger to the American public, this is it.  We must think for ourselves because all so-called expert opinions and pronouncements are based on either confusion or an attempt to deliberately conceal information crucial to our well-being.

The New Moon is intercepted in Gemini and falls into the 10th house, ruling government/head of state, involving reputation:  honor and dishonor.  Activity of the Moon in Gemini has to do with a document, errors, changes, communication and information.  The interception suggests 'not open to the public.'  The lunation conjoins Fixed Star Betelgeuse:  he who was given preferred treatment may taste final ruin via treachery.

Chart ruler Mercury in Cancer in the 11th house of circumstantial developments and large-scaled events is squared by retrograde Saturn in Libra, 2nd house.  Expect a smell to arise from congress, corporations and international gatherings as they attack the people's right of expression in efforts to isolate and squelch communication.  Mars in the 1st house sextile Mercury alleviates negative authoritarian activity against the citizens as it graces those who are aware with minds sharper and more alert than usual...solutions come more easily as opportunities are provided for planning and making decisions.  Make hay while the sun shines, lassies and laddies.

On January 11th I posted the following:

"On June 7, 2012, transiting Mars will conjoin natal Jupiter, ushering in a time of bold and fortunate action for silver.  It's about time, eh?"

The exuberance experienced by said aspect will be bolstered when transiting Jupiter conjoins the MC (Midheaven) later in the month...Jupiter will be within one degree orb of this conjunction on June 16th and exact on June 20th, 2012...a culmination when silver strives for rapid expansion.

On April 28, 2006, the first silver exchange-traded fund was "born," trading on the AMEX as SLV.  The silver proxy now trades on the NYSE.

On June 7, 2012, transiting Mars will trine natal Moon, producing an energizing effect...transiting Uranus square to 1st house Mars brings explosive energies, a breaking free of restrictions...and transiting Pluto opposition natal Mars lends great force to a breakout that will create power struggles with those in subversive opposition to said efforts.

By June 20, 2012, a planetary formation develops involving transiting Pluto opposing natal Mars and trine natal Sun in the 11th house.  This means that the Sun reconciles the Pluto/Mars energy and in the 11th house we can expect an event that is not planned, one that is universal in scope that will determine the outcome of the battle.
