The chart cast for the Vernal Equinox always bears chief rule for the ensuing year; succeeding ingresses are subsidiary to the first-named.  From the chart of the Vernal Equinox posted on March 8, 2011, we found the focal point to be public health and the nation's food supply, among other matters:

"SUN CONJOINED URANUS IN THE 6TH HOUSE puts emphasis on the nation's food supply, service workers, police and firefighters, civil service and public servants, armed forces, public health, and the working class in general.

The 6th house is one of crisis, which is to say the population will be required by events to devote more time, attention and energy to these matters than is usual."

SUMMER SOLSTICE 2011 for the USA:  The Sun is in Cancer in the 9th house with ruler Moon in 6th house Pisces, once again placing focus on public health and the food supply, this time with pressure from international events...such as Europe being consumed by financial disaster. 

T-SQUARE WITH URANUS AT APEX SQUARING SUN IN CANCER AND PLUTO IN CAPRICORN.  Uranus is a high-wired planet and in its 7th house position with the action falling across the zodiac into the house of the people, the warning is to take steps to maintain one's mental stability, to remain balanced and collected in the midst of craziness.  Reread Spring (Vernal) Equinox posted March 8th for explicit ideas of how to accomplish same.

FOR THE WORLD:  A powerful T-Square with tremendous energies will pressure people to behave in an extreme and socially explosive manner.  There is an overload of nervous electrical tension that will incline towards violent destructive action as people become a law unto themselves.  The Cardinal mode leans toward social activism and defiance, with a general state of lawlessness thrown in as Uranus is driven towards radical reform...the freedom fighter bent on overthrowing the shackles that bind.

CARDINAL COSMIC CROSS:

SATURN IN LIBRA IN 1ST HOUSE OPPOSING URANUS IN ARIES IN 4TH HOUSE...PLUTO IN CAPRICORN IN 4TH HOUSE OPPOSING MERCURY IN CANCER IN 10TH HOUSE

Karma has arrived and the pressure is on as we meet this restrictive and limiting configuration that will bring to bear struggles under frustrating conditions.  What is being induced is an internal sense of friction, strain, and pressure the ultimate purpose of which will  challenge us to create inner harmony...to do so, we must be aware so as not to draw more negative energies through the actions of others.  Therefore, do not be stirred into taking quick but often poorly planned action, rise to the challenge of learning to be more self-controlled and consistent.  The benefits will be escape from bad timing and reckless moves.

FOR THE WORLD:  Agitation to the max as the four squares increase the impatient, assertive temperament of this quality.  Pitfalls include impetuosity, reckless moves, bad timing, over-assertion, and confrontations with others.  Any of the planets involved occupying the 10th house (such as Mercury in the USA 10th) means the governments of said countries will be predisposed towards these pitfalls.  Moral of the Cosmic Cross:  Endurance.

MARS SQUARE NEPTUNE IN THE 5TH HOUSE strongly suggests prudence in stock market investing and trading because with Neptune afflicted, what you see is not necessarily what is...deception, dissolution, disappear are the keywords.

FOR THE WORLD:  Deceitful actions give pause as a lack of clarity of the motivations of others renders an inability to act...often taking a break to reflect in the midst of upheaval is of enormous benefit.

SATURN INCONJUNCT THE MOON IN THE 6TH HOUSE...

The error in thinking there is an obligation to others while allowing the country's own needs of dietary sustenance to go unaddressed.

FOR THE WORLD:  Dealing with the burden of submission to others.

SATURN TRINE VENUS IN THE 9TH HOUSE...Benefit via the judiciary branch...indeed, on June 17th it was announced that the Supremes unanimously held that not just states but individuals have standing to challenge federal laws as violations of state sovereignty under the 10th Amendment.  A tip of the hat and an 'about time' they honored the Constitution.  Credit to Sherrie for the heads-up.

FOR THE WORLD:  Practicality in relationships with other countries, especially in the realm of currencies.

PLUTO TRINE JUPITER IN THE 8TH HOUSE...the Plutocracy, in their lust for acquisition of wealth (Jupiter in the 1st decanate of Taurus), moves to reform policies:  social security, private pension plans, credit resources.

FOR THE WORLD:  Political success for some countries, financial success for others...at least those countries without a strong desire to reform policies out of their need to control...which will eventually backfire.

NEW YORK STOCK EXCHANGE - REORGANIZATION CHART

The Full Moon Lunar Eclipse of June 15, 2011 @ 24* Sagittarius 23' falls on Uranus in the 5th house of the reorganization chart, triggering both the Uranus/Pluto opposition and the dissociate T-Square: Uranus/Neptune opposition with Mars at the Apex.  Hoo boy!

An eclipsed Uranus in the 5th house guarantees a sudden turn of events related to the marketplace and a need to be flexible to the max.  In addition to disruption over the course of the next six months, the activation of the oppositions to Pluto and Neptune will produce forced changes while under the influence of confusion.  Is yet another reorganization in the works and if so, how might that affect one's stock holdings?  Adding more fuel to the fire, transiting Sun is contra-parallel natal Uranus, Moon is parallel...is it patriotic, spiritual, or moral to hold shares in war-mongering companies (euphemistically called defense stocks)?

The war in Iraq and the U.S. congress (deliberately lower case):

In the first full year after the war was initiated, republican and democratic lawmakers (oxymoron) invested between $74.9 million and $161.3 million in companies under contract with the Department of Defense.  Not only that, the congressmen and women gave themselves a loophole with the IRS so they could be off as much as 160% in their tax reports.

In 2006, 151 members of congress had invested close to a quarter-BILLION dollars in companies that had received defense contracts of at least $5 million.  Said companies were granted $275.6 BILLION of tax dollars belonging to the American public...about $755 million per day, from which our pseudo-representatives profited to the tune of between $15.8 million and $62 million in personal income from 2004 through 2006, through dividends, capital gains, royalties and interest.  Wealth at the expense of the lives of young Americans in government's forever wars.

The day after the eclipse transiting Mercury will form a square to natal Mars on the last degree of Virgo (unstable worldly conditions), while transiting Pluto parallels natal Saturn...that may spell trouble in the nation's food supply - thus in agricultural stocks - and/or in the edible commodity department or in getting edibles from here to there, as in transportation issues. 

FIRST, DO NO HARM

Fear mongering is defined as the use of fear to influence the opinions and actions of others towards some specific end.  The feared subject is usually repetitious and often exaggerated in order to continuously reinforce the intended effects.

Emotion generates and liberates electromagnetic energy that can be used magically.  There are two types of magic, white and black, the former for purposes of good and the latter for purposes of evil.  Those who practice black magic require the type of electromagnetic energy that has need of great volume and low-frequency, thus, everything is made use of that is terrifying.  The emotion of fear.  The emotion that forces individuals in constant attunement with it to lower their dominant vibrations.  Lest there is any doubt in your mind:  Black Magic Feeds Upon Fear!

More often than not Biblical passages are quoted to compare current events with Bible prophecy, never taking into consideration that the enemies of the people and their welfare also read the Bible.  There is little doubt in my mind that "they" also use linguistic analysis, astrology, -  especially the lunations...and also numerology...to coordinate their actions for the purpose of driving and keeping the people in a continuous state of fear...because fear - in its characteristic lack of love - renders one incapable of spiritual evolution. The result is that every You Tube offering is accepted as gospel, loud-mouth ranters are seen as advocates of the people (instead of controlled opposition), and church ministers are preaching the end is near.

Consider this, if you will:  Fear is a method of control, in some cases in an attempt to wring love from your very beingness...in other cases being based on an end-of-the-world scenario and "they" are using Biblical prophecy to vacuum up people who are willing to lend credence to their theatrics.  As a free thinker I do not recommend that anyone follow the thoughts of another, mine included, therefore, my suggestion is that you do not take my word for it.  Instead, become familiar with and examine the God-given keys of Solomon's Temple, which is to say planetary interaction, and you would know that the world will not end by fire until the Vernal Equinox goes down in the west as if submerged, the Fiery Furnace - Crater - rises in the east, triumphant, and starts pouring fire down upon the earth.  And to time this event, the Pleiades are then directly on the midheaven at the rising of the Sun.  We are looking at approximately 4,000 A.D.

FULL MOON LUNAR ECLIPSE JUNE 15, 2011

This chart is set for Washington, D.C., and brings to fruition the financial crisis described in the New Moon chart of June 1st.

The eclipse falls into the Sagittarian 2nd house, thus we may expect sensational events about the financial state of the nation, the national treasury, GDP, and the nation's resources.

Scorpio Rises, natural sign of the 8th house of debt, credit, Federal Reserve, shared resources and BIG money in a degree signifying a concrete plan, which is revealed by the placement of co-ruler Mars in its detriment in Taurus (money) occupying the 7th house of foreign affairs and war, where this dysfunctional government intends to solve the monetary woes they themselves have created.  Be assured that the children and grandchildren of congressmen, high ranking Washington officials, the Supremes, Wall Street CEOs, Corporate leaders, corporations involved in devastating our food supplies with Frankenfood, pharmaceutical company executives, Bilderbergers, Council on Foreign Relations, and all others connected with the new world order will not find themselves on the firing line as cannon fodder.  In this way the blood of your children and grandchildren will be spilled on their behalf to enrich themselves, rather than to water the Tree of Liberty.

SATURN CYCLE

IN A CYCLE CHART, which is erected for the longitude and latitude of the place where its influence is to be ascertained for the exact moment the planet crosses from South Declination to North Declination (0* N 0'), the house occupied by the planet for which the chart is erected becomes unusually important as indicating the starting point from which the influence emanates which brings about the most important events which transpire during the life of the cycle.

In the current cycle chart Saturn occupies the 5th house:  the stock market and stock exchange; speculation; places where education is dispensed; places of amusement (theaters, movies, etc.); ambassadors from foreign countries.

SATURN IN MUNDANE ASTROLOGY

Like Jupiter, Saturn is a business planet, having an influence over the business trend in a country with a tendency to contraction and to measures of protection as by nature, Saturn is the planet of safety, economy and poverty.  Under affliction we may expect losses of various kinds.  Saturn rules the land, the buildings on the land, the crops which grow from the soil, the mineral wealth under the ground, and basic utilities like steel, lumber and coal.  The weather also comes under his rulership and so destruction of crops and buildings through flood, storms, and when Mars plays a part even through fire, comes under this planet's jurisdiction.

In financial matters, Saturn's influence following extravagances of an afflicted Jupiter such as we have experienced (Jupiter square Pluto in the Jupiter Cycle Chart) leads to a time of depression.

Saturn's aspects:  opposition Mars in Libra in the 11th house; sextile Uranus, Jupiter and Mercury in Aquarius in the 3rd house; trine Pluto in Sagittarius in the 1st house.  Thus, we have four planets in two houses (1st and 3rd) that reconcile the Mars/Saturn opposition wherein the negative energies are more easily disbursed.

At present Saturn is preparing to make a station on June 13th at 10* Libra 27' in the 11th house of congress trine natal Mercury in the 3rd house, ruling the 8th house of the Federal Reserve/U.S. Treasury and the national debt.  I would expect an announcement (3rd house Mercury) will be made issuing from the congress (11th house) in connection with the trillions of dollars of debt (8th house) which the country has incurred at the hands of those who work toward the destruction of the United States.  

Bear in mind that the influence of Saturn is keenest in this chart relative to the stock market...danger lurks therein because Saturn speaks of deflation and is about to make a station on a degree meaning object lessons are at hand...protect yourselves!

JUPITER IN MUNDANE ASTROLOGY.

The influence of Jupiter on everything he contacts is in the direction of expansion.  Lavish expenditures and higher prices are the name of the game, whether in matters of wages, in the price to be paid for produce, or in the investment of capital.  The problem occurs when Jupiter is involved in a challenging aspect with another planet, for then the tendency is toward extravagance, to purchases at a price far above their real worth, or what may reasonably be expected from them in the way of financial returns.

Progressed aspects of Jupiter in the cycle chart will usually attract more events related to finances than any other one thing.  Also to be taken into consideration are 9th house matters, Jupiter's natural field of play:  commerce, interstate commerce in particular, treaties, ships which travel the sea, and the courts.

In the current cycle, a 1st house Jupiter is conjoined Uranus and square both Venus and Pluto in Capricorn in the 10th house of credit...thus the USA is malfunctioning in the financial sector directly due to malfeasance of government agencies (10th house), such as the U.S. Treasury, the Exchange Stabilization Fund, and the Federal Reserve...to the detriment of the people (1st house).  Clearly, Jupiter separating from the conjunction to Uranus (changes) is indicative of the distribution of wealth (Jupiter) having been wrenched from the people.

On June 12, 2011, progressed/transiting Jupiter in Taurus forms a trine to natal Venus...in the news we may expect to hear of an expenditure or yet another levy upon us by the U.S. Treasury via one of their agencies.  Batten down the financial hatches, learn to live frugally so that you will survive the thievery being wrought by traitors to each and every American citizen and to our Constitutional Republic.

NEW MOON SOLAR ECLIPSE JUNE 1, 2011

A partial Solar Eclipse occurs on June 1, 2011.  The above chart has been set for Washington, D.C., and indicates conditions pinpointed by the eclipse for the people of the United States of America, with commentary regarding the affects to other countries.

Fixed signs on the angles indicate something already begun has established itself and must be taken into consideration now. 

The eclipse occurs in the 8th house, the cusp conjoined the Pleiades...something to weep about regarding the treasury and national debt.

The 1st house represents the nation's people as a whole and the general state of the nation.  The 2nd degree of Scorpio rises, which Astrologer Martin Goldsmith describes as "maintaining emotional equilibrium in difficult situations; learning to roll with the punches."

Scorpio has two rulers, Mars and Pluto.  In this chart Mars in the 7th house is in Taurus, in its detriment, depicting a weakness or inability to act with regard to the nation's allies and enemies and a vulnerability of the nation's intelligence service.

Pluto is retrograde in Capricorn, the Apex of a T-Square involving Uranus and retrograde Saturn in opposition to one another, both squaring Pluto.  The empty leg of the T-Square is the 9th house, where the battle for our Constitution takes place over the remainder of 2011.  The result will be either slavery or freedom and we all get to choose, just like our forefathers did.  May those of you who choose chains wear them lightly.

In the chart of the USA the eclipse strikes natal Uranus in the 6th house...we may expect military movements, public illness, and/or some sudden interruption of our utilities.  To the 3%ers:  An eclipse conjunct Uranus offers the country an opportunity for greater personal freedom and independence.

In the chart of the Federal Reserve the eclipse conjoins Saturn in the 11th house...the cosmic bill collector has arrived.

In the chart of  Australia the eclipse falls into the 2nd house opposing Venus and Uranus in the 8th.  The country will have to compromise about some issues in order to move forward, as they will face actions taken by others.

In the chart of Canada the eclipse conjoins Venus in the 2nd house...the guardian angel that has presided over the country's wealth, resources and purchasing power takes a leave of absence and now Canada faces a situation of sink or swim.  Time for re-evaluation of self-image.

In the chart of China the eclipse falls into the 4th house, demanding that more time be devoted to the home front and the needs of the country...improving the general home environment and taking whatever precautions are necessary against dangers such as drought, flooding, earthquakes.

In the chart of Germany the eclipse conjoins Mars in the 11th house.  Mars deals with how energy is used and expressed and under this conjunction the country is going to have to pay close attention to this process because there are changes to make or plans that require attention and discussion in detail.  A radical course of action is to be avoided.

In the charts of both Ireland and Iran the eclipse falls into the 10th house, placing a spotlight on their national images and their governments.

In the chart of Israel the eclipse conjoins an 8th house Mercury and reveals not only a crisis of communications, but an intellectual crisis about ideas previously held sacred.  The country is being challenged to begin thinking about things never before scrutinized, especially those things related - on a mundane level - to the 8th house such as the resources of others...the banking industry and financial affairs with the nation's 7th house allies...and on a spiritual level, psychological evolution - purging and purifying.

In the chart of Russia the 10th house eclipse opposes Mercury in the 4th house.  Communications are misunderstood and the country in general must function under increased stress.  Expect disagreements related to land that will force the country to re-think their position.
